The DOJ Needs to Reopen the Clinton Email Server Investigation Before She Runs for President

Otherwise it will be Biden-Ukraine 2.0

News broke October 18, 2019, that the U.S. Department of State found nearly 600 security violations related to Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State, according to The Epoch Times.  According to the State Department report (below) provided to Committee on Finance Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the Program Applications Division adjudicated 91 valid violations attributable to 38 individuals, while 497 violations were found “valid, but not culpable” where no individual was found culpable (p.7).

An incident is categorized as a violation when it is “a knowing, willful, or negligent action that could reasonably be expected to result in the unauthorized disclosure of classified information. (p.3)

2019-10-17 State Dept. to CEG - Classified Emails

We now have proof the State Department recognizes violations of “knowing, willful, or negligent action” regarding the dissemination of classified information due to the unauthorized use of a private email server by Hillary Clinton and her staff.  Thirty-eight people have been implicated.

We also now have proof of a two-fold cover-up thanks to the tireless efforts of Judicial Watch, and the newly court-ordered release of the “missing” Clinton emails.  The first aspect of the cover-up has to do with the State Department’s attempts to conceal former Secretary Clinton’s email misconduct.  The second aspect relates to the known origins of the September 11, 2012 Benghazi, Libya attacks on the U.S. Consulate and annex.

“This email is a twofer – it shows Hillary Clinton misled the U.S. Senate on Benghazi and that the State Department wanted to hide the Benghazi connection to the Clinton email scheme,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Rather than defending her email misconduct, the Justice Department has more than enough evidence to reopen its investigations into Hillary Clinton.”

Below, you will find the newly released email provided by Judicial Watch.

Given the State Department’s findings, along with the new email revelation from Judicial Watch, the Department of Justice needs to act quickly to reopen the Clinton email server investigation before she announces she is running for President again.  Otherwise, we will hear the same inane “Trump shouldn’t be investigating his opponent” complaints we are hearing about the potential investigation of Ukrainian corruption tied to former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, only amplified.
